A treding therapy for reducing stress and depression- Cow-minication - A specific report....

The cow has great importance in the life of human beings especially in India where cows have been worshiped as Mother and Hindus called her Go - Mata. In India, it has not only been treated as domestic animals but also has recognition as family members due to much-proven importance. Even in Hindu houses from dusk to dawn, cow and calves both have a great significant role along with regular and routine work. The male cow i.e. bull work in farming whereas cows are taken care of at home for their milk and other dairy products; I mean to say that in India, the importance of the cow has been known from ancient times.
[Cow Cuddling Therapy]

It has been told that 33 types of God and Goddess have their dwelling places in the cow's body itself. So, worshiping a cow is equivalent to worshiping the entire Devi and devatas (Goddess and God).

In Western countries, the cow has been known for its milk and other dairy products including meat but In India, killing cows is illegal and a big offense because of their importance and recognition as Mother. But it has been seen that the other western countries are now recognizing the significances of the cows. Recently, it has been observed by the researchers that the cuddling or rubbing back of the cow is the best solution in Covid -19 pandemic as the cow has strong immunity and corona-like viruses can't harm the cow.

It has also been observed that Cow-cuddling is found as the best therapy to get rid of stress and depression-like life-threatening mental diseases. Nowadays a trending therapy for reducing stress and depression is on the peak in which a person has to go to Cow-shed or farmhouse to hug the cow or rub the back of the cow for that a cow owner has been paid a beautiful amount.

It has been proved that hugging the cow reduces stress and depression. Scientists say that hugging to cow is better than meditation because it has a similar effect as we do for the medication. The reason behind that the cow's heart rate is slower than the human beings but the body temperature is more. When we do the medication, our heart rate is slowing and our body is warming and relaxing. In the case of the cow due to some emotional point of view, the hugging of the cows becomes more effective than the meditation done to reduce stress and depression.

In America, many dairy farm owners now provide cow-cuddling services and for that, they have been paid. It is told that for sadness, stress, and anxiety, the people are paying approximately Rs. 22000/- for the 90 minutes of cow-cuddling therapy. In Switzerland and Netherland the cow-cuddling fee is Rs. 3000/- for three hours and this cow-cuddling has been given a special name that is called Cow-Munication.

As we know that if we put our head in our mother's lap, we are getting relaxed, the same feeling has been observed with cow-cuddling. In India Cow has been called Mother or Go Mata but the day is not far from now when the cow will be recommended as Jagat Mata (Mother of Universe).

UK Health Agency claims - Booster dose up to 75% effective against mild symptoms of Omicron….

Continuous and progressive research is being carried out all over the world to cope with situations along with Omicron, a new and deadly variant of Covid-19. At the same time, Britain's Health Protection Agency has claimed that a booster dose of Corona is 70 to 75% effective in eliminating mild symptoms of Omicron.

According to the agency, this information has come to the fore in the initial study regarding the vaccine. Whose data show that a booster dose of the vaccine works up to 75% in mild patients suffering from the new variant. Scientists have recently done this research on 581 people affected by Omicron due to booster doses of AstraZeneca and Pfizer-BioNTech.

Scientists say that the effect of the booster dose on Omicron patients was much less compared to the delta variant. The efficacy of the vaccine was found to be up to 90% in the delta variant. Although this is preliminary information, it is best that people who are eligible for a booster dose should get the vaccine. It has been revealed in the data that to some extent the booster dose reduces the risk of the new variant significantly.

A great success for Indian scientists, made Omicron identification kit within two hours…

As we know that the Omicron has created fear for the coming days due to its multiple spreadabilities and it has been told that this variant has 7 times more spreadability than the delta variant of Covid -19. All over the world scientists are continuously searching for the antidotes of this deadly variant in the meantime Indian scientists have achieved great success in identifying the Omicron variant of Corona that is spreading rapidly across the world.

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has prepared a COVID test kit in Dibrugarh, Assam. The new Omicron variant can be detected in just two hours with this kit. In view of the increasing cases of Omicron in many states of the country, this kit will prove to be very important.

Research is continuing to cope with the omicron variant in the coming days at the same time experts warn that the UK may face an Omicron wave in January next year. Experts have issued a new warning about Omicron in the UK. It is said that Britain could face a major Omicron wave from January next year if public gatherings are not banned. According to the model from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LHSTM), the number of corona patients hospitalized due to Omicron infection may also increase.

In India, experts told that we should not be relaxed to watching the effect of omicron but we should be alert and all the possible attempts to be made to cope with omicron variant of Covid-19 and considering this the speed of vaccination have been made fast and till now 133 crores people have been vaccinated even today itself 81 lakh vaccine doses were applied.

Along with the vaccination, the Center gave instructions to states with high positivity rates; and said to implement strict rules including night curfew. Union Health Secretary Mr. Rajesh Bhushan has issued notice to those states and union territories where the corona positivity rate has been reported higher in the last two weeks.

It is written in this notice that a night curfew should be imposed in the areas identified in the case of Corona. Also, there should be a ban on the gathering of more people and fewer people should be allowed to come for the ceremony like weddings and funerals.

Soup prepared from coarse cereals and colorful vegetables will keep the body warm in winter and increase immunity.....

Winters is now at its peak. It is expected more cool weather in the coming months December, January, and February. In such a situation, warming our body in a natural way is more important because our body is our real-life partner. No doubt at all. If our partner falls sick and not supporting us, then think about what would be the response of your daily routine work. Better to take care of our body and make it healthy and well maintained.

As we know that the winter season is also considered the best for food because our body burns more calories. This is the reason that the risk of becoming obese in winter is less than in other seasons. In winter we can increase the quantity of food a little and include coarse grains in the diet.

Digestion gets better during this season and coarse grains help in keeping the body warm. What should be the food in winter that keeps your body warm, increases its ability to fight diseases, and also fulfills the deficiency of nutrients,  it includes maize, jawar, bajra, and ragi in the diet from the beginning of winter.

Eating different types of dishes prepared from them is a better option. For example, porridge, roti, or dosa. The dish prepared from them helps in controlling weight and keeping the body warm. Provided that ghee is not used much in these. Experts say many types of vegetables are easily available in this season. You can make soup and drink it. Soups fulfill the lack of water and nutrients in the body. A little black pepper powder can be added to this. The antioxidants present in the mixed vegetable soup also increase the ability to fight diseases.

Green vegetables like fenugreek, spinach, mustard, bathua are available in this season. They are rich in nutrients like vitamins A, E, K, folic acid, iron, potassium, and calcium. At least one out of every two meals that are, for lunch or dinner, they must be taken in some form or the other. Along with controlling weight, it removes phlegm. Which often happens in the winter season. All three can be eaten together or separately. They are not only hot in effect, but they are also good sources of iron which is essential for us in winters.

One of the major problems of winter is the dryness of the skin. With regular consumption of sesame and peanuts, the skin remains shiny and soft. These days, jaggery should be used instead of sugar in things like tea or carrot pudding. It's not like this.

Apart from that our body needs a certain amount of water to function optimally. Therefore, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Lack of water can have a bad effect on your digestive system.

If you want to keep your heart healthy, eat dark fruits and vegetables, give preference to whole grains.....

Nowadays everybody has self-consciousness about their health. New research and practical practices also give us updates to maintain our health well. recently, new guidelines from the American Heart Association have been issued. the main points of these guidelines are if we wish to keep our heart healthy, have to eat dark fruits and vegetables, give preference to whole grains, and avoid oils like palm, and do workouts. Eating well for heart health doesn't necessarily mean staying away from burgers, french fries, or cold drinks. But it has to be kept in mind that these things should not be included in the regular diet. This is to say of Dr. Robert Eckel, former head of the American Heart Association.

Lead author Dr. Alice H. Liechtenstein said that instead of pressurizing people with admonitions like 'don't eat, we have tried to promote such eating patterns, which keep the heart-healthy. These habits that will help in making the right eating pattern, will also reduce the risk related to the heart. if we do a minimum of 150 minutes of workout in a week, we may reduce heart-related risks by keeping the weight balanced throughout life. A workout of 150 minutes a week keeps the energy balance right too. Energy needs decrease by 70-100 calories for every decade of age. Therefore, regular tracking of diet is necessary.

Eat dark-colored fruits and vegetables - Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, they will get more phytochemicals. These are helpful in preventing serious life-threatening diseases. Necessary nutrients are more in dark-colored fruits and vegetables in comparison to the lighter ones. Eating whole fruits and vegetables instead of juice will get more fiber.

Use whole grains instead of refined - The nutrients in refined grains are removed. Therefore, give preference to food made from whole grains. Whole grains have three layers of bran, endosperm, and inner seed. Hence, they are rich in nutrients and fibres. It has been proved in many studies that eating whole grains helps in the control of heart risk factors.

Choose Healthy Sources of Protein- To meet the protein requirement, eat legumes, nuts such as soybeans, pulses, chickpeas, and peas. These are good sources of fiber as well as protein. Choose dairy products to low fat or fat-free if you fond of to eat. These will help prevent weight gain and obesity.

Eat less oil like coconut/palm - Experts believe that oils with polyunsaturated fats are better. These include soybean, corn, sunflower, and linseed oil. These reduce cardiovascular risk by up to 30%. Whereas, tropical oils such as coconut and palm oil increase both HDL and LDL cholesterol. Therefore, it should be avoided to include them in food.

Avoid added sugar/salt- Avoid items and drinks that contain added sugar. This increases the risk of diabetes and heart diseases. Salt (sodium chloride) has a direct relationship with blood pressure. Its low consumption helps in controlling blood pressure. Apart from this, experts believe that doctors must talk to patients for five minutes about the number of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains they eat. Or how much do they know about their benefits.

World scared about the current vaccines on Omicron why? an expert reviews....

The potential for rapid mutation of the new variant of the Covid-19 virus, Omicron, has alarmed the whole world. This new variant is being said to be more dangerous than Delta, which devastated the whole world a few months ago because so far 50 mutations have occurred in Omicron. Due to Omicron's ability to mutate very rapidly, the question is also being raised whether the current corona vaccine will be effective on this new variant?

Meanwhile, British company Moderna has said that the current vaccine is likely to be less effective against Omicron. Why might existing vaccines be ineffective on Omicron? Omicron is said to be the fastest mutation virus ever. WHO has placed it in the category of “Variant of Concern”. There have been 33 mutations in its spike protein itself.

Actually, it is through the spike protein that the virus opens the way to enter human cells. The vaccine prepares the body to fight against it by producing antibodies against the spike protein itself. More mutations in Omicron's spike protein have raised concerns about how effective current vaccines will be against it? The current vaccine has been designed according to the original coronavirus strain that surfaced in Wuhan, China, while Omicron's strain is completely different from it. This is the reason why this new variant of the existing vaccine is expected to have little or no effect.

British company Moderna has said that the current vaccine against Omicron is expected to be less effective, amid discussions about the ineffectiveness of the vaccine against Corona's new variant Omicron. Moderna CEO Stephen Bensel told the Financial Times that current vaccines may be less effective against Omicron than earlier strains of the corona. Bensal also warned that it could take months for pharmaceutical companies to manufacture large-scale vaccine doses against the new variant. Omicron's potential for sharp mutations in the spike protein may require pharma companies to modify existing vaccines next year, he said.

Amidst the discussion on Omicron about the less effective or completely ineffectiveness of the existing vaccine, talk of bringing a new vaccine for it has started. British company Moderna has said that if needed, the vaccine of this new variant can come in the early months of 2022. Moderna has already made an mRNA vaccine of Corona. Moderna's chief medical officer, Paul Burton, has said his company could launch an mRNA vaccine to combat Omicron early next year if needed. At the same time, Pfizer, another company that makes the corona vaccine, has said that if needed, it can make a new vaccine against Omicron in six weeks and make its initial dose available within 100 days.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has so far approved the use of a total of eight corona vaccines worldwide. These eight vaccines currently being used for corona can be divided into three categories. One is the messenger RNA vaccine, the other is the viral vector vaccine and the third is the inactivated vaccine. The way these vaccines are made and work are different.

Messenger RNA (mRNA) Vaccines: These vaccines contain messenger RNA (mRNA) codes, which go into the body to make a version of the coronavirus protein. After vaccination, your immune cells begin to make fragments of the spike protein, and your body starts making antibodies. If you are later infected with the COVID-19 virus, these antibodies help fight against the virus.

Viral vector vaccine: This is a carrier vaccine, in which a non-harmful adenovirus is genetically engineered as a viral vector. When this virus reaches our cells, it instructs them to make copies of this spike protein. As spike proteins build up on the surfaces of your cells, your immune system responds by making antibodies and defensive white cells. When infected with the coronavirus, these antibodies are used to fight the virus.

Inactivated Vaccine: A dead or inactivated virus is used in this. This inactivated virus can neither multiply nor make you sick. Through this vaccine, an immune response is prepared in the body similar to a natural infection.

Omicron enters in India, seeking immediate attention....

As we know that the Omicron has spread to more than 38 countries and its spreading is still continuing rapidly. The transmission of viruses is not an automatic process. We are working as a vector for it. It is very much required to pay immediate attention to review our hospital facilities and other facilities related to health.

We should not forget that Covid-19 also entered India🇮🇳 very silently two years ago. At that time, no one was aware and we never expected such human life damage when more than lakhs lives was gone. No ventilator, no oxygen, no bed in the hospital was available at that time.

In the case of Omicron, some expert says, its spreading capacity is too fast to control but not very much severe. Among the other scientists told, it is very dangerous and even the effect of vaccines may fail.

This type of confusion, we have seen in the COVID-19 pandemic that time also, we were thinking nothing is going to wrong with us and we Indian have good immune. So we will win but what was the outcome of the pandemic is need not to explain.

Again, in this case, also, we are waiting for a troublesome period why?

Some precautions at least in our hands✋✋. Why we should not use it? Why we are not able to control our mood to go to the restaurant, avoid rush avoid to go to the beauty parlor, etc... Is it important than our precious life? I Hope, your answer would be NO.

So, better to stop gathering, wear a mask properly, sanitize your hands at regular intervals. Take all precautions that we have taken in COVID-19 time.

Because research will take time and such precautions may help our scientists to do research on Omicron effectively.

Omicron may leads third wave of Corona and push the world two year back - Says expert.....

Cases from Omicron first of all reported from Netherland and then South Africa and it was reported that it is very dangerous than delta virus. Spreadability is more because of continuos mutation in its spike protein. To date, omicron has spread in 35 countries and if the traveling is not stopped on immediate effects, then, within the week,   it is expected to spread to more than 400 countries.

Til today 400 cases of omicron variant have been reported throughout the world.  Expert says that if the third wave has come in an effective way, it may push the world two years back. In India, some cases have been reported with omicron variants and some cases are under testing. In Karnataka, 2 cases of omicron have been confirmed. Likewise, 01 cases from Kerala, 10 cases from Bikaner, Rajasthan, 09 cases from Jaipur, Rajasthan, and 12 cases from Delhi have been reported. The sample has been taken from the infected patients and sent for genome sequencing.

It is said that about 50 mutations have been seen in the omicron variant. among all mutations, 32 mutations have been reported in its spike protein itself. There is a very sensitive matter of thinking is that all the vaccines made for coronaviruses is mostly working to destroy the spike or make inactive the spike of coronaviruses by which it adheres in the body of human being but due to abnormal mutations in omicron variant, it is told that might it will leave the vaccine protection behind its infection and the person is also vulnerable who has already taken both the doses of the vaccines. The scientist is under stress because mRNA and Vector-based vaccines work on virus spikes and our body immune system respond to kill or paralyze virus's spike once it enters our body because virus using spike protein just like an adhering organ to the cell of the human body at that stage our immune system will start working against the viruses and safe our body.

Now the problem is that when the structure of the spike protein had been mutated then what would be the efficacy of the protein.  A senior citizen of Jamnagar, Gujrat found confirmed positive with omicron variant. He had come back to India from Zimbabwe.  Now the world moving towards lockdown. South Africa has declared the first level of lockdown.

Doctors told that omicron is spreading very fast and have common symptoms like other viral fever. The main symptoms are muscle pain, sour throat, dry cough, tiredness, headache and mild fever observed. Expert says we may escape from the infection up to an extent if we are fully vaccinated, avoid the rush, follow social distancing, wear a proper mask, sanitize our hand properly, avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth, and ears and avoid going outside until not urgent. If necessary to go outside,  go with full protection following all the protocols that were earlier followed.

However, in this puzzling situation, there is good news too. GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) statement said that lab tests and a study on hamsters have demonstrated the sotrovimab antibody cocktail to work against viruses that were bio-engineered to carry a number of hallmark mutations of the Omicron variant. In a major boost to the treatment against fast-spreading and heavily mutated new coronavirus variant Omicron, GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) today said clinical data from tests indicate antibody-drug works against the variant.GSK, which is developing the Covid-19 antibody-based therapy with US partner Vir, said "Preclinical data demonstrate sotrovimab, authorized in multiple countries around the world, retains activity against all tested variants of concern, including key mutations of Omicron. Sotrovimab is an investigational monoclonal antibody that retains activity against key mutations of the new Omicron variant, including those found in the binding site of sotrovimab. These data were generated through pseudo-virus testing of specific individual mutations found in Omicron.

To date, sotrovimab has demonstrated ongoing activity against all tested variants of concern and interest defined by the World Health Organization (WHO)," a GSK statement said. The tests are continuing to confirm the results against all of the Omicron mutations, with an update expected by the end of the year. The antibody is designed to latch on to the spike protein on the surface of the coronavirus, but Omicron has been found to have an unusually high amount of mutations on that protein.  Sotrovimab was deliberately designed with a mutating virus in mind,  said Vir Chief Executive George Scangos, adding that the drug was targeting a region of the spike protein that was highly unlikely to mutate. In Britain, this drug has been approved on Thursday by another brand name "Xevudy", for people with mild to moderate Covid-19 and who are at high risk of developing severe disease. Sotrovimab, sold under the brand name Xevudy, is an investigational human neutralizing dual-action monoclonal antibody with activity against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, known as SARS-CoV-2.

Sotrovimab is based on monoclonal antibodies, which are lab-made versions of the natural antibodies the body generates to fight off an infection. Similar products are offered or being developed by Eli Lilly, Regeneron, and AstraZeneca.

Deafness, hearing voices and dizziness have been confirmed in corona patients....

The coronavirus can also make a person deaf after infecting them. New research has revealed that this virus can also infect the inner part of the ear. Ear problems were seen in 10 patients infected with Covid. This claim has been made by researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Research has claimed that the corona can infect such cells of the ear that work for human hearing and balance the body. Researchers Dr. Konstantina Stantovic and Dr. Lee Gherke say that there are many viruses, including cytomegalic, mumps, and hepatitis, whose infection causes cases of deafness in humans. Why these viruses cause deafness is not yet understood.

To understand this, both the scientists were doing research on inner ear infections even before the corona epidemic. For this, he also prepared a model of it.

In early 2020, researchers came across cases in which patients had hearing loss, tinnitus (sound in the ears), and dizziness after a corona infection. Dr. Konstantina Stantovic says it was not understood why cases of deafness and tinnitus are common in corona patients.

After such cases came to light, they changed their plan and started research to understand the connection between corona and ear. Scientists say, to understand the connection between the corona and the ear, an ear model was made from human skin itself. These contained all the cells that are in the human ear. Many new things emerged from this.

Researchers say that 10 patients of Covid suffering from ear problems were examined. Of these, 9 were battling tinnitus. 6 also complained of dizziness.

Apart from this, the hearing ability of all 10 patients also decreased.

Omicron Variant: Omicron has more panic, less danger, says expert…

After facing the global pandemic of Covid -19, people are still under stress and many efforts made to bring regular life in normal mode. Now another variant of Covid-19 mutant named B.1.1.529 has knocked on the door to disturb routine life and made its presence in more than 16 countries.

It has been said that it is very much spreadable and has the potency of spreading 7 times more than the Delta variant. But along with this, there has also been relief news. A South African doctor says a patient infected with the variant has very mild symptoms and can be treated at home.

Dr. Angelique Coetzee, president of the South African Medical Association, said that 7 patients had come to her clinic whose symptoms were different from the Delta variant and were 'extremely mild'. He told that on November 18, patients had come to him who had complaints like body ache and headache. Its symptoms were similar to normal viral fever. So, we did the test in which its report came positive. On the same day, some more patients came to him with the same symptoms. Since then, 2 to 3 patients with similar symptoms are coming to him.

Dr. Coetzee is the same doctor who first identified the Omicron variant. He said that the patients who are coming now have very mild symptoms and they do not need to be hospitalized. Such patients can be treated at home. They also reported that, unlike the Delta variant, the Omicron-infected patient neither smelled nor tested positive nor did his oxygen level drop.

So, don't be panic but take utmost precautions as taken in the time of Covid-19.

How to protect oursleves from new varient of Covid-19 (Omicron)......a new study report...

A new variant of Covid -19, B.1.1.529 is named Omicron. It is a dangerous mutant of the  Coronaviruses and has 7 times more spreadability than the delta virus.  It is more asymptomatic due to less diagnosed symptoms just like light fever and tiredness. There is no loss of smelling power and hunger etc. It seems very common flue but shown fast effect than the past many variants. However, many experts say that it has no major health hazard especially for those who have been fully vaccinated.

India has prepared a list for high alert countries, the screening will be done very strictly to the passenger who will come from that countries. An abnormal mutation has been observed in the Omicron virus. Till date, it has spread to 16 countries. It includes African countries, Europe, Canada,  Australia, Hongkong, Israel, Netherland, Switzerland, Italy, Botswana, etc. It has been reported that it spread very fast and will take less time in spreading than the Delta virus.

The mutation in viruses is a natural phenomenon and the protein spikes that consist of RNA keep on changing resulting formation of new strains or mutants. WHO has considered it as a Variant of Concern (VOC). Not only this but also WHO has kept the five variants in the list of Variant of Concern. These are alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omicron. The alpha variant has been first of all seen in the United Kingdom on 18 December, 2020; Beta variant in South Africa on 18 December, 2020; Gamma has been seen in Brazil on 11 January, 2021; Delta had been reported from India on 11th May, 2021 and Omicron is from many countries from 26 November, 2021.

However, more information is not available for the Omicron variant. Research is still going on. The scientist has told, it is very dangerous but still, they don't know how many percent of people need hospitalization or which age group of people will be more affected due to this variant. The information of the new variant is dependent upon genome sequencing. As much as genome sequencing is done,  the variant of the new virus will be exposed. Till today, omicron has attained 32 mutants.

India has made new guidelines for the new arrival of passengers from other countries and that guideline will be implemented from the 1st December 2021. In this guideline, the arriving people will take the RT-PCR test at the airport itself that also with their own expenditure and have to stay at the airport till the report comes. If the report comes as negative even though they have to follow 7+7 quarantine formulae. This means they have to stay at the airport for 7 days and after they get a negative report again they have to stay at home for more than 7 days.  At intervals of 7 days, the patient is to take again the RT-PCR test for the negative result. So, the total days of quarantine will be 14 days. If any person is found positive at the airport then, the sample of those people would be sent for genome sequencing so that it would be known that which type of variant affecting to the person.

The contact tracing will be necessary for such a patient and for that three rows of the front and back passenger would have to cross from the RT-PCR test and cabin crew members should also be checked for corona test. A person who wishes to travel via airport has to show their negative report and RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours. the passenger who comes from ships also follows the same protocols.

Some study shows that the new variant of this omicron virus can break vaccinated immunity too. Dr. Ranveer Guleria, Director AIIMS has told that the changes observe in the virus's spike protein. Scientists from South Africa told that this variant is more infectious but not dangerous like other variants already come last year.

Corona's new variant Omicron stirred up the world…..

After cases of Omicron, a new form of Covid-19 were reported in many other countries of the world, many governments have taken steps like closing the borders of their respective countries, while scientists say that it is not yet clear that this form of the virus Whether or not it is more dangerous than the forms that came before. According to reports, cases of Omicron have been reported in 15 countries of the world.

How dangerous is the Omicron variant? WHO gave information, told the preventive measures--

The new form was identified a few days ago by researchers in South Africa and so far no information is available on whether it is more contagious or makes a patient seriously ill or negates the effect of its vaccine, but many countries have taken precautionary measures. Steps have been taken because already more than 5 million people have died worldwide due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Israel has decided to ban the entry of foreigners. Morocco said it would suspend all incoming flights from Monday for the next two weeks. Scientists from many places from Hong Kong to Europe and North America have identified the presence of this form.13 cases have been reported from Omicron in the Netherlands. After this, two cases each were reported from Canada and Australia. The World Health Organization (WHO) has suggested not closing the borders, in view of the limited impact of measures such as border closures and new cases in many countries.

Dr Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health in the US, has emphasized that there is currently no information available that Omicron is more dangerous than earlier forms of Covid-19. Collins told the CNN channel that he thinks it is more contagious, given the rapid spread of cases in various districts of South Africa, but it is not yet known whether it is as dangerous as the delta form of the virus.

Japanese Prime Minister said on Monday that Japan is considering measures to increase border controls. He told reporters that he plans to announce new measures for travelers arriving from South Africa and eight other nearby countries in addition to mandatory 10 days of quarantine. Japan still has banned tourists from any other country from coming here.

The US plans to impose travel restrictions on South Africa and seven other South African countries from Monday. America's top infectious disease specialist Dr Anthony Fauci told that this will provide an opportunity to increase preparedness. The government of South Africa has objected to the travel restrictions. The WHO said in a statement that it "stands with African countries". The apex health organization said that travel restrictions may partially play a role in slowing the spread of Covid-19, but it has a major impact on people and their livelihoods.

Omicron, a new Covid-19 varient is 5 time more dangerous than delta varients....

Omicron, the name of the new Covid-19 variant that is sending worrying signals from Southern Africa, becomes again dangerous for the world. India is also not safe if the decision is not taken by the Government in time. Uttrakhand Government has issued new guidelines for the new variant. New Delhi and Madhya Pradesh Government make the state on alert mode. World Health Organisation has named it 'Variant of Concern'

The Omicron variant is found 5 times more dangerous than the Delta variant. It makes scientists worried as there would be no safety even after taking the full doses of the Corona vaccine. Now from Jammu & Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Gujrat to Arunachal Pradesh, the whole country is on high alert mode. The coming 30 days is very important to our country. Within 30 days it would be clear how much our country would be safe from the 3rd wave of the corona.

The Prime Minister of India has issued an important advisory to all the state governments. Prime Minister of India has instructed to make a positive review about the functioning of all the oxygen plant and hospital facilities, to be ready to face any kind of hurdle. It is a matter to be worry as the new variant is highly transmissible and can challenge even strong immunity. This variant genome sequencing is B.1.1.529 mutant and it can replace the delta variant. Out of 59 mutations, about 32 mutations and their receptor binding site or spike protein are found more dangerous than the Delta variant. Dr. Easwar Jilad, specialist, Infectious diseases, told that it is good news that till today, no patient seen in India with this variant. But it does not mean that we should be very calm, still, high alertness is required and it is better to stop many international flights and other transportation systems for that a meeting is being held in Delhi and it is expected that some important decision may come to stop the International flights from December 15, 2021.

Prime Minister Of India has written a letter to the state government stating that the strict SOP should be followed for the passengers coming from other countries and also increase the RT-PCR testing. Hospitals make ready, oxygen plant should make functional, hot spot area should be strictly monitored. It has decided to seal international borders immediately.

M.P. Government decides that 50 % of the capacity of the school college will only be made functional. Attendance would be made on alternate days. Online classes will be continued.   The first Omicron variant had been observed in South Africa and now it has caused panic across the world, among governments, the public, and the stock markets. After adding a number of southern African countries to the red list, the UK government has reimposed mandatory masks in England from Tuesday and will require anyone traveling to the country from abroad to take a PCR test. Omicron is probably the first variant to have scientists worried since Delta became the predominant strain in every country last summer. But how bad it is? What does it mean for future lockdowns – and future deaths? Let us see.....

Unhygeinic or Bad food always has bad effect on the health.....

A new global report has claimed that almost half of the world's population is getting poor nutrition. Due to this, the health of the people is deteriorating; it is also having a bad effect on the earth. These results have been released in the Global Nutrition Report (GNR). According to them, about half of the world's population is not getting proper nutrition, due to which food is available in more or less quantity.

It is an annual survey of GNR and analyzes the latest data on nutrition and related topics. This year's report found that 48 percent of people around the world are either eating too much or working too much, due to which they are either increasing their weight too much or losing too little.

Difficult to achieve target... If this situation continues, eight of the nine goals set by the World Health Organization to be achieved by 2025 will not be achieved. These goals include reducing the number of tall children, very young children, and obese adults. The report estimates that around 150 million children under the age of 5 are too short for their age, 45 million are too thin for their height and 40 million are overweight. The report also said that among adults, more than 40 percent (2.2 billion) are either overweight or obese.

Renata Micha, chair of the GNR's independent expert group, said deaths that could have been prevented due to poor diet have increased by 15 percent since 2010. Poor diet is responsible for about a quarter of all deaths in adults.

Bad food everywhere... He also said that our global results show that our diet has not improved over the past decade and is now a major threat to people's health and the planet. This year's survey revealed that people around the world are not getting enough healthy food like fruits and vegetables. This is especially happening in low-income countries. In high-income countries, the consumption of harmful things like red meat, milk products, and sugary beverages is happening the most.

The report also noted that the current global nutrition goals make no mention of a diet other than reducing sodium. The report recommended new and more comprehensive targets. Meecha explained that science supports a food-based approach or a diet-pattern approach to measure impacts on health and the environment.

The GNR also calculated that worldwide food demand generated about 35 percent of greenhouse gas emissions in 2018. According to the report, animal-derived food generally has a higher environmental footprint per product than plant-derived food. As a result, they were found to be responsible for most of the greenhouse gas emissions related to food and land use.

The report said that funding to increase nutrition is urgently needed around the world, especially because Kovid-19 pushed an estimated 155 million people into extreme poverty. GNR estimates that nutrition spending will need to increase by about $4 billion each year to meet the targets by 2030.

Foods in winter that made reasons for weight gain….

In the cold, we are sitting inside the quilt and with a hot plate of food and tea in hand. How relaxing to hear that isn't it? These are all you need to make the winter days comfortable. But this comfortable time also becomes troublesome for many people.

Yes, winter weight is indeed a problem. There are many reasons behind this, firstly cold weather, less physical activity, slowing down of metabolism and finally eating more to keep the body warm. All these things work to increase our weight. There are some main foods being eaten in winter in many parts of our countries and that make reasons to increase weight.

Creamy Soup - What if you didn't enjoy hot soup in winter? Soup not only satisfies hunger pangs but also warms you up in cold weather and also provides the necessary nutrition to fight against cold. But if you consume creamy soup, then there is a risk of weight gain. We are not saying that you should stop drinking soup, but drink it thoughtfully. Instead of creamy soup, drink the clear soup of tomatoes, vegetables, etc…

Winter season’s sweets- Gajar ka halwa (Carrot Halwa), Beetroot’s Halwa, chikkis (peanut sweet), til ka ladoos (Roasted sesame and jaggery bolls), gulab jamuns, and Christmas cakes all have high calories. So, we need to be careful while eating them. This does not mean that do not eat these things, but take care of the portion while eating. Eat sweets only once a day.

Parathas - There is nothing more fun than having hot parathas with butter and pickle in winters. It is easy to make. Potatoes, cabbage, carrots, or radishes can be stuffed in it. They are delicious to eat, but they also work to increase weight. Do eat parathas in winter, but at the same time use ghee or butter at least in it.

Tea or Coffee- Winters are incomplete without tea and coffee. Drinking hot tea or coffee gives warmth to our body, but it also increases weight. Drink only 2-3 less tea or coffee a day. Instead, you can drink herbal tea or black tea, or coffee. The anti-oxidants present in it prove to be helpful in reducing weight.

Disclaimer: The advice and suggestions mentioned in the above article are for general information. It should not be correlated with doctors’ prescriptions or professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor if you have any health issues or allergies on consuming aforesaid food items.

Development of Silicosis detection kit is boon on medical field….

Silicosis is a deadly disease related to the respiratory system, makes the patient difficult to breathe.  The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has developed a new test kit to detect silicosis, a lung disease. With the help of test kits, this disease can be detected before it becomes serious. Early detection of silicosis is also important because once the condition worsens, it becomes difficult for the patient to recover as before. Silicosis is a lung disease.

A mineral called silica is found in sand, soil, and dust. In workers living around it or working in such an environment, silica particles reach the lungs through inhalation. Gradually their number keeps on increasing and the lungs keep getting damaged. Over time, the silica particles damage the lungs so much that it becomes difficult for the patient to breathe. This is said to be the most severe stage of silicosis. If you understand in a common language, then the lungs stop working properly. Silicosis increases the risk of many other diseases. These include tuberculosis, lung cancer, and chronic bronchitis.

How to diagnose this disease- There is no specific test to diagnose this disease. Doctors diagnose it on the basis of symptoms. For example, how does it feel to breathe while resting or walking? Get job-related information. No specific changes or symptoms are seen in the patients. Information on past medical records is taken. Apart from this, experts recommend getting some tests done in case of danger. These tests tell about the condition of the patient's lungs.

Treatment of silicosis- There is no exact cure for this disease. Once the disease occurs again, the patient cannot be cured as before. Only through treatment can the rate of progression of the disease be slowed down. It is advised to stay away from smoking. As a treatment, with the help of a bronchodilator, the airways are relieved and an attempt is made to reduce the swelling. Sometimes oxygen is also given to the patient.

Sleeping less than seven and a half hours a day can reduce thinking ability and memory……

Taking less and more sleep than necessary, both are not good for health. The ability to think and understand decreases in such people. Researchers from Washington University have made this claim in their research. Researcher and neurologist Dr. Brendan Lucy say, due to incomplete sleep or not sleeping properly, there is a direct effect on the brain. This effect on the brain is visible in your ability to think and understand. How many hours of sleep should a person get on average and what to do if he does not sleep, according to the latest research, it is found that 7.30 hours of sleep is the best remedy for good health for a person.

[Have a Good Sleep with sweet dreams]

Researchers say, if you are getting 8 hours of sleep and set the alarm 30 minutes earlier, then seven and a half hours of sleep has a positive effect on the brain. Good and sound sleep reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease. Research on the effects of good sleep for 7.30 hours had been conducted on about 100 elderly people with an average age of 75 years. For research, a small monitor was tied on the forehead of these elders. The type of activity in the brain during sleep was checked with a monitor and recorded. The research that lasted an average of four and a half years revealed that it has a good effect on brain activity.

A special type of protein is responsible for Alzheimer's disease in patients. What is the level of that protein in the cerebrospinal fluid of the brain of the elderly involved was checked in the research? Patients who slept for about 7.5 hours each night had better cognitive scores. At the same time, people who slept 5 or five and a half hours a day got this score lower.

Sleep has a direct link to Alzheimer's- Earlier research had revealed that there is a connection to Alzheimer's disease with half-depleted sleep. Symptoms of Alzheimer's include memory loss, confusion, and a delay in understanding new things. If we want to avoid them, then we must take at least seven and a half hours of sleep.

4-7-8 Technique also relieves insomnia- If there is no sleep at night, then you can adopt the 4-7-8 breathing technique. It has been prepared by Dr. Andrew Weil, a scientist at the University of Arizona, USA. This technique is based on Pranayama. If you adopt this technique for a long time, then you start falling asleep quickly. To do this, sit or lie down in a comfortable position in a quiet place with the correct posture. If you are using this technique for sleep then it is better to lie down. Now put the front part of the tongue with the palate just behind the teeth. Keep it like this throughout the practice, and then start to follow the 4-7-8 technique.

What is the 4-7-8 Technique? Yes. This is a scientifically proven deep breathing style that works before going to bed. Take a deep breath in and count 1-4 and then hold breathe and count 1-7 and release your breath by counting 1-8. Repeat this technique minimum of 10 times surely, it will relax your brain and make you ready to go to deep sleep.

If you can't sleep, drink lukewarm milk- In recent research by Chinese scientists, it has been proved that drinking lukewarm milk leads to good sleep. Research by the National Natural Science Foundation of China has revealed that an amino acid called tryptophan is found in milk. Apart from this, research also revealed that milk peptide casein hydrolysate is also found in it, which reduces stress and improves sleep. Together these two things remove the problem of insomnia.
