How to protect oursleves from new varient of Covid-19 (Omicron)......a new study report...

A new variant of Covid -19, B.1.1.529 is named Omicron. It is a dangerous mutant of the  Coronaviruses and has 7 times more spreadability than the delta virus.  It is more asymptomatic due to less diagnosed symptoms just like light fever and tiredness. There is no loss of smelling power and hunger etc. It seems very common flue but shown fast effect than the past many variants. However, many experts say that it has no major health hazard especially for those who have been fully vaccinated.

India has prepared a list for high alert countries, the screening will be done very strictly to the passenger who will come from that countries. An abnormal mutation has been observed in the Omicron virus. Till date, it has spread to 16 countries. It includes African countries, Europe, Canada,  Australia, Hongkong, Israel, Netherland, Switzerland, Italy, Botswana, etc. It has been reported that it spread very fast and will take less time in spreading than the Delta virus.

The mutation in viruses is a natural phenomenon and the protein spikes that consist of RNA keep on changing resulting formation of new strains or mutants. WHO has considered it as a Variant of Concern (VOC). Not only this but also WHO has kept the five variants in the list of Variant of Concern. These are alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omicron. The alpha variant has been first of all seen in the United Kingdom on 18 December, 2020; Beta variant in South Africa on 18 December, 2020; Gamma has been seen in Brazil on 11 January, 2021; Delta had been reported from India on 11th May, 2021 and Omicron is from many countries from 26 November, 2021.

However, more information is not available for the Omicron variant. Research is still going on. The scientist has told, it is very dangerous but still, they don't know how many percent of people need hospitalization or which age group of people will be more affected due to this variant. The information of the new variant is dependent upon genome sequencing. As much as genome sequencing is done,  the variant of the new virus will be exposed. Till today, omicron has attained 32 mutants.

India has made new guidelines for the new arrival of passengers from other countries and that guideline will be implemented from the 1st December 2021. In this guideline, the arriving people will take the RT-PCR test at the airport itself that also with their own expenditure and have to stay at the airport till the report comes. If the report comes as negative even though they have to follow 7+7 quarantine formulae. This means they have to stay at the airport for 7 days and after they get a negative report again they have to stay at home for more than 7 days.  At intervals of 7 days, the patient is to take again the RT-PCR test for the negative result. So, the total days of quarantine will be 14 days. If any person is found positive at the airport then, the sample of those people would be sent for genome sequencing so that it would be known that which type of variant affecting to the person.

The contact tracing will be necessary for such a patient and for that three rows of the front and back passenger would have to cross from the RT-PCR test and cabin crew members should also be checked for corona test. A person who wishes to travel via airport has to show their negative report and RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours. the passenger who comes from ships also follows the same protocols.

Some study shows that the new variant of this omicron virus can break vaccinated immunity too. Dr. Ranveer Guleria, Director AIIMS has told that the changes observe in the virus's spike protein. Scientists from South Africa told that this variant is more infectious but not dangerous like other variants already come last year.

Corona's new variant Omicron stirred up the world…..

After cases of Omicron, a new form of Covid-19 were reported in many other countries of the world, many governments have taken steps like closing the borders of their respective countries, while scientists say that it is not yet clear that this form of the virus Whether or not it is more dangerous than the forms that came before. According to reports, cases of Omicron have been reported in 15 countries of the world.

How dangerous is the Omicron variant? WHO gave information, told the preventive measures--

The new form was identified a few days ago by researchers in South Africa and so far no information is available on whether it is more contagious or makes a patient seriously ill or negates the effect of its vaccine, but many countries have taken precautionary measures. Steps have been taken because already more than 5 million people have died worldwide due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Israel has decided to ban the entry of foreigners. Morocco said it would suspend all incoming flights from Monday for the next two weeks. Scientists from many places from Hong Kong to Europe and North America have identified the presence of this form.13 cases have been reported from Omicron in the Netherlands. After this, two cases each were reported from Canada and Australia. The World Health Organization (WHO) has suggested not closing the borders, in view of the limited impact of measures such as border closures and new cases in many countries.

Dr Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health in the US, has emphasized that there is currently no information available that Omicron is more dangerous than earlier forms of Covid-19. Collins told the CNN channel that he thinks it is more contagious, given the rapid spread of cases in various districts of South Africa, but it is not yet known whether it is as dangerous as the delta form of the virus.

Japanese Prime Minister said on Monday that Japan is considering measures to increase border controls. He told reporters that he plans to announce new measures for travelers arriving from South Africa and eight other nearby countries in addition to mandatory 10 days of quarantine. Japan still has banned tourists from any other country from coming here.

The US plans to impose travel restrictions on South Africa and seven other South African countries from Monday. America's top infectious disease specialist Dr Anthony Fauci told that this will provide an opportunity to increase preparedness. The government of South Africa has objected to the travel restrictions. The WHO said in a statement that it "stands with African countries". The apex health organization said that travel restrictions may partially play a role in slowing the spread of Covid-19, but it has a major impact on people and their livelihoods.

Omicron, a new Covid-19 varient is 5 time more dangerous than delta varients....

Omicron, the name of the new Covid-19 variant that is sending worrying signals from Southern Africa, becomes again dangerous for the world. India is also not safe if the decision is not taken by the Government in time. Uttrakhand Government has issued new guidelines for the new variant. New Delhi and Madhya Pradesh Government make the state on alert mode. World Health Organisation has named it 'Variant of Concern'

The Omicron variant is found 5 times more dangerous than the Delta variant. It makes scientists worried as there would be no safety even after taking the full doses of the Corona vaccine. Now from Jammu & Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Gujrat to Arunachal Pradesh, the whole country is on high alert mode. The coming 30 days is very important to our country. Within 30 days it would be clear how much our country would be safe from the 3rd wave of the corona.

The Prime Minister of India has issued an important advisory to all the state governments. Prime Minister of India has instructed to make a positive review about the functioning of all the oxygen plant and hospital facilities, to be ready to face any kind of hurdle. It is a matter to be worry as the new variant is highly transmissible and can challenge even strong immunity. This variant genome sequencing is B.1.1.529 mutant and it can replace the delta variant. Out of 59 mutations, about 32 mutations and their receptor binding site or spike protein are found more dangerous than the Delta variant. Dr. Easwar Jilad, specialist, Infectious diseases, told that it is good news that till today, no patient seen in India with this variant. But it does not mean that we should be very calm, still, high alertness is required and it is better to stop many international flights and other transportation systems for that a meeting is being held in Delhi and it is expected that some important decision may come to stop the International flights from December 15, 2021.

Prime Minister Of India has written a letter to the state government stating that the strict SOP should be followed for the passengers coming from other countries and also increase the RT-PCR testing. Hospitals make ready, oxygen plant should make functional, hot spot area should be strictly monitored. It has decided to seal international borders immediately.

M.P. Government decides that 50 % of the capacity of the school college will only be made functional. Attendance would be made on alternate days. Online classes will be continued.   The first Omicron variant had been observed in South Africa and now it has caused panic across the world, among governments, the public, and the stock markets. After adding a number of southern African countries to the red list, the UK government has reimposed mandatory masks in England from Tuesday and will require anyone traveling to the country from abroad to take a PCR test. Omicron is probably the first variant to have scientists worried since Delta became the predominant strain in every country last summer. But how bad it is? What does it mean for future lockdowns – and future deaths? Let us see.....

Unhygeinic or Bad food always has bad effect on the health.....

A new global report has claimed that almost half of the world's population is getting poor nutrition. Due to this, the health of the people is deteriorating; it is also having a bad effect on the earth. These results have been released in the Global Nutrition Report (GNR). According to them, about half of the world's population is not getting proper nutrition, due to which food is available in more or less quantity.

It is an annual survey of GNR and analyzes the latest data on nutrition and related topics. This year's report found that 48 percent of people around the world are either eating too much or working too much, due to which they are either increasing their weight too much or losing too little.

Difficult to achieve target... If this situation continues, eight of the nine goals set by the World Health Organization to be achieved by 2025 will not be achieved. These goals include reducing the number of tall children, very young children, and obese adults. The report estimates that around 150 million children under the age of 5 are too short for their age, 45 million are too thin for their height and 40 million are overweight. The report also said that among adults, more than 40 percent (2.2 billion) are either overweight or obese.

Renata Micha, chair of the GNR's independent expert group, said deaths that could have been prevented due to poor diet have increased by 15 percent since 2010. Poor diet is responsible for about a quarter of all deaths in adults.

Bad food everywhere... He also said that our global results show that our diet has not improved over the past decade and is now a major threat to people's health and the planet. This year's survey revealed that people around the world are not getting enough healthy food like fruits and vegetables. This is especially happening in low-income countries. In high-income countries, the consumption of harmful things like red meat, milk products, and sugary beverages is happening the most.

The report also noted that the current global nutrition goals make no mention of a diet other than reducing sodium. The report recommended new and more comprehensive targets. Meecha explained that science supports a food-based approach or a diet-pattern approach to measure impacts on health and the environment.

The GNR also calculated that worldwide food demand generated about 35 percent of greenhouse gas emissions in 2018. According to the report, animal-derived food generally has a higher environmental footprint per product than plant-derived food. As a result, they were found to be responsible for most of the greenhouse gas emissions related to food and land use.

The report said that funding to increase nutrition is urgently needed around the world, especially because Kovid-19 pushed an estimated 155 million people into extreme poverty. GNR estimates that nutrition spending will need to increase by about $4 billion each year to meet the targets by 2030.

Foods in winter that made reasons for weight gain….

In the cold, we are sitting inside the quilt and with a hot plate of food and tea in hand. How relaxing to hear that isn't it? These are all you need to make the winter days comfortable. But this comfortable time also becomes troublesome for many people.

Yes, winter weight is indeed a problem. There are many reasons behind this, firstly cold weather, less physical activity, slowing down of metabolism and finally eating more to keep the body warm. All these things work to increase our weight. There are some main foods being eaten in winter in many parts of our countries and that make reasons to increase weight.

Creamy Soup - What if you didn't enjoy hot soup in winter? Soup not only satisfies hunger pangs but also warms you up in cold weather and also provides the necessary nutrition to fight against cold. But if you consume creamy soup, then there is a risk of weight gain. We are not saying that you should stop drinking soup, but drink it thoughtfully. Instead of creamy soup, drink the clear soup of tomatoes, vegetables, etc…

Winter season’s sweets- Gajar ka halwa (Carrot Halwa), Beetroot’s Halwa, chikkis (peanut sweet), til ka ladoos (Roasted sesame and jaggery bolls), gulab jamuns, and Christmas cakes all have high calories. So, we need to be careful while eating them. This does not mean that do not eat these things, but take care of the portion while eating. Eat sweets only once a day.

Parathas - There is nothing more fun than having hot parathas with butter and pickle in winters. It is easy to make. Potatoes, cabbage, carrots, or radishes can be stuffed in it. They are delicious to eat, but they also work to increase weight. Do eat parathas in winter, but at the same time use ghee or butter at least in it.

Tea or Coffee- Winters are incomplete without tea and coffee. Drinking hot tea or coffee gives warmth to our body, but it also increases weight. Drink only 2-3 less tea or coffee a day. Instead, you can drink herbal tea or black tea, or coffee. The anti-oxidants present in it prove to be helpful in reducing weight.

Disclaimer: The advice and suggestions mentioned in the above article are for general information. It should not be correlated with doctors’ prescriptions or professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor if you have any health issues or allergies on consuming aforesaid food items.

Development of Silicosis detection kit is boon on medical field….

Silicosis is a deadly disease related to the respiratory system, makes the patient difficult to breathe.  The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has developed a new test kit to detect silicosis, a lung disease. With the help of test kits, this disease can be detected before it becomes serious. Early detection of silicosis is also important because once the condition worsens, it becomes difficult for the patient to recover as before. Silicosis is a lung disease.

A mineral called silica is found in sand, soil, and dust. In workers living around it or working in such an environment, silica particles reach the lungs through inhalation. Gradually their number keeps on increasing and the lungs keep getting damaged. Over time, the silica particles damage the lungs so much that it becomes difficult for the patient to breathe. This is said to be the most severe stage of silicosis. If you understand in a common language, then the lungs stop working properly. Silicosis increases the risk of many other diseases. These include tuberculosis, lung cancer, and chronic bronchitis.

How to diagnose this disease- There is no specific test to diagnose this disease. Doctors diagnose it on the basis of symptoms. For example, how does it feel to breathe while resting or walking? Get job-related information. No specific changes or symptoms are seen in the patients. Information on past medical records is taken. Apart from this, experts recommend getting some tests done in case of danger. These tests tell about the condition of the patient's lungs.

Treatment of silicosis- There is no exact cure for this disease. Once the disease occurs again, the patient cannot be cured as before. Only through treatment can the rate of progression of the disease be slowed down. It is advised to stay away from smoking. As a treatment, with the help of a bronchodilator, the airways are relieved and an attempt is made to reduce the swelling. Sometimes oxygen is also given to the patient.

Sleeping less than seven and a half hours a day can reduce thinking ability and memory……

Taking less and more sleep than necessary, both are not good for health. The ability to think and understand decreases in such people. Researchers from Washington University have made this claim in their research. Researcher and neurologist Dr. Brendan Lucy say, due to incomplete sleep or not sleeping properly, there is a direct effect on the brain. This effect on the brain is visible in your ability to think and understand. How many hours of sleep should a person get on average and what to do if he does not sleep, according to the latest research, it is found that 7.30 hours of sleep is the best remedy for good health for a person.

[Have a Good Sleep with sweet dreams]

Researchers say, if you are getting 8 hours of sleep and set the alarm 30 minutes earlier, then seven and a half hours of sleep has a positive effect on the brain. Good and sound sleep reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease. Research on the effects of good sleep for 7.30 hours had been conducted on about 100 elderly people with an average age of 75 years. For research, a small monitor was tied on the forehead of these elders. The type of activity in the brain during sleep was checked with a monitor and recorded. The research that lasted an average of four and a half years revealed that it has a good effect on brain activity.

A special type of protein is responsible for Alzheimer's disease in patients. What is the level of that protein in the cerebrospinal fluid of the brain of the elderly involved was checked in the research? Patients who slept for about 7.5 hours each night had better cognitive scores. At the same time, people who slept 5 or five and a half hours a day got this score lower.

Sleep has a direct link to Alzheimer's- Earlier research had revealed that there is a connection to Alzheimer's disease with half-depleted sleep. Symptoms of Alzheimer's include memory loss, confusion, and a delay in understanding new things. If we want to avoid them, then we must take at least seven and a half hours of sleep.

4-7-8 Technique also relieves insomnia- If there is no sleep at night, then you can adopt the 4-7-8 breathing technique. It has been prepared by Dr. Andrew Weil, a scientist at the University of Arizona, USA. This technique is based on Pranayama. If you adopt this technique for a long time, then you start falling asleep quickly. To do this, sit or lie down in a comfortable position in a quiet place with the correct posture. If you are using this technique for sleep then it is better to lie down. Now put the front part of the tongue with the palate just behind the teeth. Keep it like this throughout the practice, and then start to follow the 4-7-8 technique.

What is the 4-7-8 Technique? Yes. This is a scientifically proven deep breathing style that works before going to bed. Take a deep breath in and count 1-4 and then hold breathe and count 1-7 and release your breath by counting 1-8. Repeat this technique minimum of 10 times surely, it will relax your brain and make you ready to go to deep sleep.

If you can't sleep, drink lukewarm milk- In recent research by Chinese scientists, it has been proved that drinking lukewarm milk leads to good sleep. Research by the National Natural Science Foundation of China has revealed that an amino acid called tryptophan is found in milk. Apart from this, research also revealed that milk peptide casein hydrolysate is also found in it, which reduces stress and improves sleep. Together these two things remove the problem of insomnia.

Wearing a mask is dangerous for children younger than 2 years old…

Japanese expert's warning: Wearing a mask is dangerous for children younger than 2 years old; it increases body heat and pressure on the heart.

Children under 2 years of age have very small air passages from the nose to the lungs America's CDC and Academy of Pediatrics also said that covering the mouth of young children is harmful. Literacy experts also believe that after the lockdown opens, it will not be easy to follow social distancing, in such a situation it is necessary to wear a mask.

Research has also revealed that wearing a mask can prevent up to 90% of the coronavirus. But, in the meantime, Japan's medical group "Japan Pediatric Association" has issued an important warning for parents. In this, children under the age of 2 years have been told that it is dangerous to wear a mask.

There may be difficulty in breathing-Wearing a mask for young children not only makes it difficult for them to breathe. But the risk of suffocation also increases. The association says that children under the age of 2 have very small air passages from their nose to their lungs. In such a situation, wearing a mask also increases the pressure on their heart. Apart from this, due to increased heat in the body, there can also be a risk of heatstroke in children.

American organizations also said - children are harmed by masks-

The US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics have also said that covering the mouth of children under 2 years of age with a cloth is harmful.

Keep blood pressure under control to prevent memory loss in old age…

If you want to prevent memory loss in old age, then keep blood pressure under control. Recent research by international researchers says high blood pressure is also affecting your memory. At the age of 30 to 40, if your blood pressure remains elevated, and then control it as it increases the risk of dementia.

The risk was seen in 61 percent of the people- To understand the effect between blood pressure and falling memory, ie dementia, research was done on 2.50 lakh people in Britain. Their age was between 35 and 44 years and they were battling with high blood pressure. The MRI report revealed that 61 percent of these people are at risk of memory loss in the future. This research has been done by a team of international researchers.

Brain shrinking of people with high BP-Researchers found in their research that the brain shrinks due to high blood pressure. A connection was found between its size reduction and dementia. Research says that people over the age of 35 whose blood pressure has increased, their brain is shrinking more. If high blood pressure is not controlled then the condition can worsen.

Silent killer (HBP) is increasing heart patients- In 2019, the British Heart Foundation estimated that 4 million people between the ages of 30 and 40 in the UK were suffering from high blood pressure. According to researchers, cases of heart attack and stroke are increasing due to high BP, which is called the 'silent killer'. Experts say blood pressure can be messed up due to stress, infection, medicines, and even lack of water. The matter of concern is that there are a large number of people who do not understand the increasing and decreasing blood pressure. This condition leads to serious diseases and death later on. That is why it is also called the silent killer.

150 million people worldwide are battling high blood pressure (HBP)- WHO says, currently 150 crore people worldwide are suffering from hypertension. In 2019, 1.79 crore people died due to heart diseases. High blood pressure is responsible for one-third of these deaths. This is also because hypertensive patients do not understand this disease. Its symptoms are not visible. As a result, there are incidents like heart attacks in the patients.

Some important facts to control High Blood Pressure-

1. Smoking increases BP for 20 minutes- This is necessary because Nicotine makes the walls of the arteries hard by shrinking them. Apart from this, it also plays a role in blood clotting. It takes 20 minutes for the heartbeat to return to normal after a person smokes a cigarette. So it is better to leave it.

2. If We reduce the weight by 1 kg, then BP will also be reduced by 1 point - According to the Mayo Clinic, if an overweight person with obesity loses one kilogram, blood pressure decreases by 1 mm Hg (roughly 1 point). Not only this but blood pressure is also related to the waist. If the waist of a man is more than 40 inches and that of a woman is more than 35 inches, then its risk is high.

3. Do not eat more than 5 grams of salt in daily food- This is important because a young person should have less than 5 grams of salt in a day's diet. The equivalent of one teaspoon of salt contains about 2,300 mg of sodium. By reducing this amount of sodium in the food, 5 to 6 point BP can be reduced.

4. Less than 5 to 8 points BP with 30 minutes of exercise- According to research published in the National Institute of Health, if you walk for 30 minutes a day, then there is a reduction in blood pressure by 5 to 8 points. However, the walk should be done continuously; otherwise, the blood pressure may rise again. Apart from this, jogging, cycling, and dancing also reduce blood pressure.

Spend some moments in the midst of nature in returns get good health and get longevity.....

If we do gardening or exercise in the midst of nature, the mind remains happy, the restlessness goes away; American scientists also confirmed. If we want to keep our minds happy, then we should spend time in the midst of nature. If we do gardening and exercise in natural places, then the restlessness goes away and the mind feels better. The man stays away from mental problems.

This claim has been made by researchers from York University in England in their recent research. Researchers say, what effect does activity among nature have on a person's mental health.  Research has revealed that between 8 and 12 weeks, if a person spends 20 to 90 minutes in nature, then he feels better mentally.

Researcher Dr. Peter Coventry says we know that spending some time in the midst of nature is good for health. But research has proved that it is equally good for mental health. Activities related to gardening, exercise, and protection of plants amidst nature refresh the mind. If we spend time in the group, we get more benefit in such places and do different types of positive activities, then the mental health is more beneficial.

It is also revealed that spending time with nature is an investment for good health. Research has explained the benefits for mental health, but there is no evidence related to how much such outdoor activities benefit the body. There is a need to understand its short-term and long-term benefits in the next phase of research.

Risk of stroke observed in people, suffering from low-blood pressure…

Most people know that high blood pressure is the main cause of stroke, but in recent research, another reason has come into existence. New research says, low-blood pressure also causes a stroke. This claim has been made by Boston University School of Medicine researcher Dr. Hugo J. Apricio in his research. According to the researcher, 10 percent of patients suffering from low blood pressure are at risk of stroke.

To understand the connection between low blood pressure and stroke, scientists had studied 30,000 elderly people who had suffered an ischemic stroke. Of these, a case of stroke came 18 months ago.

The researchers say, their health data suggests that patients who smoked, had heart patients, or were suffering from dementia or cancer were at an even higher risk of stroke. Research data shows that not only high blood pressure, low blood pressure can also cause a stroke.

Risk factors need to be reduced-

Researchers say, to avoid the risk of stroke, along with keeping an eye on low blood pressure, there is a need to protect yourself from its risk factors. So stay away from smoking. Adopt a lifestyle that reduces the risk of heart diseases and cancer.

Keep these things in mind to keep low-blood pressure normal-
Keep a low amount of salt in the food. Salt plays an important role in keeping the body's blood pressure normal.

Keep the body hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water or other liquid (milk, whey, juice, lassi, etc) throughout the day.

Avoid taking the stress and stay away from cigarettes, alcohol, or other drugs.

Include more green vegetables and fruits in the daily diet.

Avoid eating high carbohydrate things.

Electronic nose, a wonderful device to detect life threatening diseases….

A new way of testing e-nose: 'nose' that smells diseases, with this electronic nose, diseases like liver, lung and colon cancer will be able to detect.

Scientists are developing new types of tests to identify diseases. An electronic nose or e-nose is the best example of this type of modern test. Diseases like liver, lung, and colon cancer can be detected through electronic noses.

To check for diseases, this nose has to be applied like a mask on your nose and the disease will be detected within a few seconds.UK Biotech company Oulstone Medical, who prepared it, says that work is also being done to detect Covid with the help of an electronic nose (e-nose).

According to the research, usually, the patient does not feel comfortable while giving blood, urine, and stool samples, but the new test will prove to be very easy for the patients and will also take very least time.

Now the question is how Electronic Nose Works?

This e-nose detects the disease by detecting the smell of disease coming from the patient's breath. Scientists say that when humans exhale, there are more than 3500 Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in it. It consists of extremely small gas particles and microscopic droplets. E-nose detects chemicals present in volatile organic compounds and thus detects diseases.

It took 51 years to make the device. The idea of creating it came to scientists in 1970 itself, but it took decades to convert this idea into a sensitive device, programming to recognize volatile organic compounds, and creating sensors. Its trial is going on in many countries around the world. The results, especially in the UK, have been impressive.

Experts say, in the next five years, the test done through e-nose will become like a routine test. Continuous work is being done on this. Scientists say it is being tried that the device can also tell which medicine will be better for the patient according to the disease.

Using the same technology for cancer screening-

Through this technique, clinical trials related to breathing are going on in many countries around the world. It also includes trials related to cancer. The goal of the trial is to detect cancer early. The trial is being conducted on 4000 patients in UK hospitals in collaboration with Cambridge University and the NHS Foundation.

New medicine to fight infection, a latest findings.....

A medicine made from cinnamon and berry is tried to relieve urinary tract infection and pain; a human trial started in Paris. Medicine made from cinnamon and berry can remove pain and infection. Scientists are testing the drug. This trial is being done for a disease called cystitis.

As we know the women are the most affected by this disease. Scientists believe the new drug will prevent E-coli and other bacteria responsible for the infection from spreading the infection. Now the question is how is this medicine work and what is cystitis which most women suffer from? let us describe first that the medicine is prepared by mixing cinnamon, berry, and healthy bacteria. If understood in simple language, a structure named P-fimbri is found on the body of bacteria. With the help of this, the bacteria strengthen their hold on the wall of the urinary tract of the person. As a result, it gradually increases the infection.

The new drug targets this p-fimbri structure and prevents the bacteria from spreading their infection. The trans-cinnamaldehyde present in cinnamon and the chemical elements present in the berry make it difficult for bacteria to survive in the urinary tract. In this way, the infection is stopped from progressing. At the same time, the beneficial bacteria present in the medicine work to protect the immune cells of the bladder wall.

What is cystitis? The new drug that will treat it is inflammation and irritation in the bladder are called cystitis. In most cases, it is caused by a bacterial infection. When this infection reaches the kidney from the bladder, the condition becomes more serious. It is usually treated with antibiotics. According to research reports, 50 to 60 percent of women suffer from infection like cystitis at some point in their life.

There is also a reason why most of its cases are reported in women. In fact, the urethra is shorter in women than in men. Therefore, it becomes easier for bacteria to reach the bladder. Patients look tired when infected. Apart from bacteria, medicines given in diarrhea and nausea can also be the cause.

Antibiotics are given to the patient during the treatment, but these drugs, which are slowly neutralizing the bacteria, are making treatment difficult. Trial of new drug going on in Paris. This drug has proved effective in early clinical trials. After this, the human trial of the new drug is going on the women aged 18 to 65 years at the Alfred Fournier Institute in Paris. These are women who have suffered from cystitis at least twice in the last 6 months.

The women involved in the trial are being given one tablet twice a day. Groups of women taking and not taking the drug will be compared in the trial for about 6 months. After that, the results will be released.
