Nowadays, the problem of acidity has become very common due to lack of exercise, physical work, foodstyle,  and irregular sleeping with more table work. and thus we are giving a self invitation to many more diseases.  It includes chest pain due to severe acidity minor heart attacks.

Yes, both these diseases are serious diseases. If both the disease is diagnosed at early stages and the right treatment has been given, life will be become out of danger. When acidity is high,  blood pressure will also be increased. The increasing of blood pressure frequently may lead to minor heart attacks and that ultimately may convert severe heart disease.

How is it clearly diagnosedAcidity increases due to an excess amount of acid in the stomach. There is pain and burning in the stomach due to acidity. In a mild heart attack, one of the veins in the heart becomes blocked, causing a blood clot to form, stopping the supply of blood, and causing pain. These two are different; both are also treated in a completely different way. 

Symptoms of severe acidity and mild heart attack –Due to acidity, pain is felt in the central part of the chest, belching, problem of indigestion, movement is not done properly. During a heart attack, a person feels pain on the opposite-hand side. The pain is such that the whole hand tingles. During this, there is a lot of sweating, and chest pain arises. 

Change in food style may relax the acidity and mild heart attack-Those who have acidity problems should not eat spicy food. Also, fried items should not be eaten. Heart attack patients should avoid fried and fat-enhancing things. Because eating more oil makes the blood thicker. 

Can heart attack patients do exercise and yoga? Heart patients should do exercise and yoga only according to the advice of the doctor in a limited way. However, first, it is to know how much their heart is working. If the heart function is good then they can do it and if there is a bad effect on the heart then exercising can be fatal.
