Have you ever heard “Maine toh apna kaam kar diya hai, baki Bhagwan Jane” or Jo ho saka Maine kiya, ab aage Ram ji  ki marzi” or “Ab bhagwan hi malik hai wohi kuchh kar sakta hai” etc. These proverbs are often being used when a doctor tried well to make a patient respond for fast recovery after a major operation or serious illness and if not successful or has some doubt, the doctor also taking help with GOD (Bhagwan) by asking the patient to chant some mantras and on the bed to speed recovery.

This indicates the eternal power of the mantras and their benefits toward recovery from the illness. These methods have been followed in many countries since ancient times. The chanting of mantras to make please to the Isht Devta (self-soul recognized GOD) is not harmful but gives power and moral and mental support to a patient to make the fastest recovery from the serious illness.

As per the principle of Ayurveda, these mantras are referred to as   “Ayurvedic Healing mantras”. Healing sounds balance mind and body as well as the spirit. Practitioners (Vaidyas) find that imparting Ayurvedic Mantras helps heal their clients. Mantras also help balance, prana, tejas and ojas. They help harmonize nerve tissue and clear subtle impurities from nerves and nadis (subtle channels). These mantras also aid one’s concentration and creative thinking. Both practitioner and client use the mantras during the session. They empower all actions on the subtle level, infusing the cosmic life force into the healing process. Generally, Vayu doshas mentally repeat mantras while Pitta and Kapha may also chant them. Kaphas do particularly well with chanting; it is suggested that they do so on daily basis. According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), about 800 million people worldwide are suffering from some kind of mental problem. Suicide is the leading cause of death among young people between the ages of 15 and 29 worldwide. The biggest reason for this is depression.

Mental health status in the country- About 14 percent of the people in the country are troubled by mental problems and approx. 40 million people are suffering from depressive disorder and 45 - 50 million people are suffering from an anxiety disorder. Such mental conditions are having a bad effect on the body in many ways.

1. Stay away from social media: Accept it's an addiction. Depression is aggravated by excessive use of social media platforms. It weakens self-esteem in teenagers. What should do? Most of the phone's settings have Digital Wellbeing and Parental Control option. With this, you can know screen time. Turn off notifications to reduce their usage. Respond only to important posts. Set time limit. You can take the help of a friend for external pressure.

It has a positive effect on the mind as well as the body. What should do? Walk for 30 minutes every day. 15 minutes of cycling is also effective. This releases the feel-good hormone endorphins.

3. Don't stress: because that won't change anything. Because stress releases stress hormones, which affect the brain that controls emotions. What should do? Walk whenever you are stressed. Do deep breathing for 10 to 15 minutes daily.

Health benefits of bathing with hot water…

In a busy life, many times people prefer to take a bath with normal water and get ready quickly. But when fatigue becomes more, then it directly affects the work and it often happens to many people. To eradicate fatigue, a minimum of the twice hot water bath in a week should be taken so that in the run-of-the-mill life, our mind remains open and the body remains healthy. Let us know the benefits of bathing with hot water –

1. Eliminate fatigue - Actually, the body gets completely tired after working all day. In such a situation, take a bath with warm water before sleeping at night. So that when you wake up in the morning, you will not feel tired and the body will be relaxed. Due to excessive fatigue, there is no sleep even so one should take a bath with hot water. If you want, you can also add 5 ml Dettol or Savlon to a bucket of water due to which the germs on the body will also die and the body remains to be free from germs throughout the day.

2. Moisturize skin - It has often been seen that after bathing with hot water for a long time, the skin melts, but it is good for the body. Yes, bathing with warm water keeps your skin soft and does not dry out. Often breakouts occur in the skin after bathing with cold or normal water, but this does not happen by bathing with hot water.

Very soon Ayurveda will also become a global phenomenon like yoga....

As we know that the Ayurveda is a science of life that deals with the problems of longevity, and suggests a safe, gentle, and effective way to rid diseases afflicting our health. Ayurveda is regarded as the fifth Veda- by its virtue-and has been practiced in India for thousands of years, Medicinal plants and their utility are widely described in the Vedas; especially in Athar Veda. To understand Ayurveda, it is necessary that we should have a good knowledge of its basic principles.

Ayurveda has been considered the oldest healing science in existence, forming the foundations of all others. Buddhism. Taoism, Tibetan, and other cultural medicines have very similar parallels to Ayurveda. the secrets of Ayurveda's individualized healing methods were preserved in India.

The alert person may now ask, why if Ayurveda is so important, it is not widely practiced all over the world. This is a valid question, which has an equally valid answer. Ayurveda, like all Vedic philosophy, adheres to the belief of Sanatan Dharma, or accepting everything in its appropriate time and place, and rejecting nothing. All aspects of medicines may be useful, but the appropriate treatment must be used when required. This is why Ayurveda does not reject modern medicine.

It has been seen very often, the modern medicines also recommend many tonics, multivitamin tablets, and other immune-boosting drugs that are made from total herbs, not with an extracted alkaloid. Is this not a global acceptance? Have you ever seen, many doctors of modern medicines advise the patient to morning walk along with taking medicine for diabetes and cholesterol etc.. many of you have ever heard that modern medicines doctors advise the patient to drink hot water after lunch and dinner? Drinking hot water is a part of the food principles of Ayurveda. These are the sign of global acceptance only.

Now let's discuss Yoga. I would like to tell you that Yoga and Ayurveda are complementary to each other. Yoga cannot be practiced without Ayurveda and vice -versa. Rather we can say that YOGA has a very strong affinity with AYURVEDA just like we pronounce 'Q".  When we pronounce "Q", automatically 'U' will be pronounced together it means we cannot pronounce Q without pronouncing U at the last of this alphabet. Yoga has the same position as Ayurveda, and it can't be recognized separately. Yoga also following the same fundamental principles of Ayurveda.

I can put another example. Suppose, modern medicines doctors wish to diagnose a disease in the patient. He or she will write some lab tests along with medicines prescription. The medicines are manufactured in a Pharmaceutical company and the staff has B. Pharma degree or equivalent or Chemistry but not a doctor. The blood test analyzed by the lab technician is not a doctor. the X-rays and ultrasound were done by a B.Sc. radiology technician and approved by a radiologist. The collective action performed by many paramedical staff and again correlate with the history of the patient and come to conclusion at the final to the same doctor who prescribes the medicines.  In my opinion, Yoga also works like paramedical staff for Ayurveda and plays an equal role in treating any disorders diagnosed by the Physicians.

As we know that from the last decades, many changes have been seen in the lifestyle of the common people also and they always trying to go for treatment with the least side effects and in this situation, there is no alternative found safe as like Ayurveda and Yoga and now it has been seen that most of the country is accepting Ayurveda and its unique treatment methodology and thus no doubt, the medicine future is going to be secure in the had of Ayurveda and will be accepted globally.
