Instead of swallowing many tablets and capsules, it would be better to take Natural Vitamin -D with sunlight and many other benefits of health.....

Due to the coronavirus, the phase of lockdown continued everywhere partly or fully and even after the lockdown is gradually removed, continuous efforts are being made to prevent the coronavirus. But the person who had already faced Covid- 19 infections still have many more complications in their body. The deficiency of Vitamin – D is also one of the major reasons. Recent research has revealed that vitamin D can prove to be effective in preventing corona and due to its sufficient amount in the body, it prevents lung infection also. 

Researchers say that by reaching the lungs, this virus disturbs the balance of chemicals called angiotensin-2 and angiotensin-1-7. In such a situation, there is swelling in the lungs, trouble in breathing, discomfort, and fatigue but when Vitamin – D is taken in sufficient doses, the body getting good relief. 


Now the question is whether everything should be left on swallowing of many more tablets and capsules? Because already a common man also becomes very much habitual to take tablets even in small headache. Is it necessary? Whether deposition of unnecessary chemicals in the body will not give many more side effects and may disturb some other vital organ’s normal function. Some time damage too.

Ayurveda says that our body itself has many recovery power for many more ailments but it is needed to take care of our body according to the Natural protocols, like feeding the body with healthy food that is also in time, a sleeping of minimum of 6 hrs daily, etc. There are very long discussions upon it, if starts will not end soon so, let's know the benefits of vitamin D and how its deficiency can be met? 

Natural Sources of Vitamin D-  

1. Vitamin - D can be obtained by consuming milk.

2. Vitamin D deficiency is removed by the consumption of green vegetables.

3. Vitamin D deficiency is fulfilled by including tomato, turnip, mushroom, cheese, lemon, egg yolk in your diet.

4. To meet the deficiency of Vitamin D, go to the shelter of the Sun God and take regular sunlight. With the help of sunlight, you can overcome Vitamin D deficiency. 

6. Apart from that sitting in the sunlight minimum of half an hour daily stops the process of blood clotting in the body and improves blood circulation also. Along with this, taking sunlight is also beneficial in diabetes and heart-related diseases. Sitting in the sunlight gives plenty of Vitamin - D, which is essential for the development of bones. 

7. If apply any oil like Seasame oil, mustard oil, or coconut oil externally and then sit in sunlight can give wonderful relief to arthritis and joint pain. 

8. A person suffering from sleeplessness due to the fear of coronavirus. Then the mind gets relaxed and becomes stress-free and stress-free ming invite good sleep.
