According to Ayurveda, some things should not be consumed with radish even after forgetting....

Consuming radish in winter is good for health. It has anti-bacterial properties. Which gives relief in cold and cough. It should be consumed during the day itself. By consuming it, there is relief in diseases like kidneys, lungs, stones, anemia, jaundice. Consuming raw radish also provides relief in the problem of acidity. 

There are many benefits from its consumption, but according to Ayurveda, some things should not be consumed with radish even after forgetting because the wrong combination can lead to allergies and serious illness. So let's know what should not be eaten with radish such as- 

Milk - Radish and milk should not be consumed even by forgetting. This increases the risk of skin diseases. Do not consume milk immediately after consuming radish. Or do not consume radish after milk. By doing this, there is an effect of cold and hot on the body. Radish is hot and milk is cold. Which can lead to indigestion. The digestive system may deteriorate. Never forget to take other salty things with milk. 

Orange - One should not forget to consume orange with radish. This seriously harms health. Consuming together can cause stomach problems and can invite other diseases. Consuming both together is considered poison. 

Bitter gourd - Bitter gourd is also a vegetable and radish too. But consuming these two together is prohibited. The natural ingredients of these two are different from each other. Which can have a bad effect on your body. If consumed together, you may also have breathing problems. Also, if you are a heart patient, then it can cause even more danger.

Consuming radish in winter seasons gives more health benefits....

Radish is botanically called  Raphanus sativus, an annual or biennial plant in the mustard family (Brassicaceae), grown worldwide for its large succulent and edible taproot. Radish roots are low in calories and are usually eaten raw. The young leaves can be cooked like spinach.

Radishes are usually grown as annuals and are harvested before they flower. The lobed leaves form a basal rosette that emerges from the top of the root.  Radish must be consumed in the winter season. Eating this strengthens immunity. It is a seasonal vegetable and has more benefits if eaten in the winter season.  In the winter season, it can be eaten along with carrots, beetroot, and tomato. 

There are many benefits of eating radish. Some of the important are -   

1. Eating radish increases immunity. Due to which a person will not suffer from frequent colds and coughs.

2. Consuming it reduces the risk of heart. It contains anthracene which reduces the level of heart disease.

3. Consuming radish in cold strengthens the digestive system. And digestion is easy.

4. Diabetic patients can also consume radish. It lowers the amount of blood sugar. However, it should not be consumed if you have high blood sugar. Or take it only after consulting a doctor.

5. Drinking radish juice is beneficial when there is physical fatigue. After heating it, add a little rock salt to it and gargle with warm water. It gives a lot of relief. And the swelling coming in the throat will also reduce.

6. If you are struggling with the problem of insomnia, then definitely consume radish in cold.

7. Consuming radish strengthens the bones. Because it is rich in calcium.

8. If the teeth are becoming more yellow, then make small pieces of radish and put lemon juice on them, and rub it on the teeth. This will eliminate the yellowness.

9. Regular consumption of radish makes the kidney and liver healthy. The indigestion problem also goes away.

10. Eating radish increases appetite.
