Soup prepared from coarse cereals and colorful vegetables will keep the body warm in winter and increase immunity.....

Winters is now at its peak. It is expected more cool weather in the coming months December, January, and February. In such a situation, warming our body in a natural way is more important because our body is our real-life partner. No doubt at all. If our partner falls sick and not supporting us, then think about what would be the response of your daily routine work. Better to take care of our body and make it healthy and well maintained.

As we know that the winter season is also considered the best for food because our body burns more calories. This is the reason that the risk of becoming obese in winter is less than in other seasons. In winter we can increase the quantity of food a little and include coarse grains in the diet.

Digestion gets better during this season and coarse grains help in keeping the body warm. What should be the food in winter that keeps your body warm, increases its ability to fight diseases, and also fulfills the deficiency of nutrients,  it includes maize, jawar, bajra, and ragi in the diet from the beginning of winter.

Eating different types of dishes prepared from them is a better option. For example, porridge, roti, or dosa. The dish prepared from them helps in controlling weight and keeping the body warm. Provided that ghee is not used much in these. Experts say many types of vegetables are easily available in this season. You can make soup and drink it. Soups fulfill the lack of water and nutrients in the body. A little black pepper powder can be added to this. The antioxidants present in the mixed vegetable soup also increase the ability to fight diseases.

Green vegetables like fenugreek, spinach, mustard, bathua are available in this season. They are rich in nutrients like vitamins A, E, K, folic acid, iron, potassium, and calcium. At least one out of every two meals that are, for lunch or dinner, they must be taken in some form or the other. Along with controlling weight, it removes phlegm. Which often happens in the winter season. All three can be eaten together or separately. They are not only hot in effect, but they are also good sources of iron which is essential for us in winters.

One of the major problems of winter is the dryness of the skin. With regular consumption of sesame and peanuts, the skin remains shiny and soft. These days, jaggery should be used instead of sugar in things like tea or carrot pudding. It's not like this.

Apart from that our body needs a certain amount of water to function optimally. Therefore, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Lack of water can have a bad effect on your digestive system.
