Many countries of Europe are troubled by the increasing cases of Corona. The average of new cases has become the highest in Europe. In the first 6 days of December, 21.62 lakh new cases have been found in Europe. Germany, France, Britain, Poland are among the countries where the maximum number of cases are coming. Corona infection is also found increasing rapidly in France. For the last 3 weeks, more than 32 thousand new cases are coming to France every day. In view of this, it has been decided to close the nightclub here for 4 weeks. Along with this, social distancing and wearing of masks have been made strict for school-going children. It is also being seen in France that a large number of youth are getting infected with Covid-19.
South Africa is now in fear of the beginning of the fourth wave - There were 106 cases of corona infection in South Africa on 1 November. On December 1, this figure rose to 8,561. That is, in one month it jumped by 80%. On average, more than 10 thousand new cases are coming for the last two weeks. Omicron cases are also increasing 5 times faster in South Africa. Now out of the total tests, the report of every fourth test is coming positive. Till two weeks ago, only 2% of the people were coming positive. The fourth wave of the corona has started due to South Africa Omicron.
In America, the average of new cases per week has become the highest in two months. On average, more than 1 lakh new cases are coming every day in a week since December 2. Earlier, so many cases were found in the first week of October. The Delta variant is behind most of the new cases in the US, but Omicron has also entered here. Cases of Omicron have been found in many states of America. In view of Christmas, strictness has been increased in America. The situation in Russia is also worrying due to Corona. Unlike the rest of the countries, in Russia, along with new cases of the corona, deaths are also increasing. Corona cases had gained momentum since the beginning of October. At the beginning of November, the average of new cases had reached around 39 thousand. Omicron has also entered Russia.
In India, on December 6, there are 6,822 new cases of the corona were found in the country. It is a matter of relief that this is the lowest number of new cases in the last 558 days. At present, there are 95,014 active cases, which is the lowest in 554 days. So far, more than 20 cases of Omicron have been found in the country. The reason for the increase in cases in America and European
countries is believed to be the negligence of the people during the festival
season. Recently, it has been seen that millions of people have traveled from
one place to another. Even on Christmas, if people behave in the same way, then
the cases can increase further. The Delta variant is believed to be the reason
behind the cases coming at the moment. Simultaneously, cold has started in
America and European countries. Winters are very strong there, due to which
people live in a closed environment. There usually flu also spreads more during
the winter season. That's why cases are starting to gain momentum there.
The Indian
Medical Association (IMA) has said that Omicron's infection rate is very fast
and if necessary steps are not taken immediately, then a dangerous third wave
can occur. Even though the strictness regarding social distancing has
increased, but people are still negligent. People who returned from abroad have
disappeared by giving the wrong address and mobile number to the authorities. If such negligence continues in the country,
then cases may increase in India too. At the same time, we also have to keep in
mind that wherever cases are increasing, vaccinated people are also getting
infections. That is, after taking both doses of the vaccine, you cannot move
around without worry. Along with vaccination, it is also necessary to follow
the Covid protocol to avoid corona.
