Risk of stroke observed in people, suffering from low-blood pressure…

Most people know that high blood pressure is the main cause of stroke, but in recent research, another reason has come into existence. New research says, low-blood pressure also causes a stroke. This claim has been made by Boston University School of Medicine researcher Dr. Hugo J. Apricio in his research. According to the researcher, 10 percent of patients suffering from low blood pressure are at risk of stroke.

To understand the connection between low blood pressure and stroke, scientists had studied 30,000 elderly people who had suffered an ischemic stroke. Of these, a case of stroke came 18 months ago.

The researchers say, their health data suggests that patients who smoked, had heart patients, or were suffering from dementia or cancer were at an even higher risk of stroke. Research data shows that not only high blood pressure, low blood pressure can also cause a stroke.

Risk factors need to be reduced-

Researchers say, to avoid the risk of stroke, along with keeping an eye on low blood pressure, there is a need to protect yourself from its risk factors. So stay away from smoking. Adopt a lifestyle that reduces the risk of heart diseases and cancer.

Keep these things in mind to keep low-blood pressure normal-
