Health benefits of black pepper and honey in winter season....

 It is common to get cold and cough due to cold air in the winter season. But no one likes to stay in the nose or chest for a month. In this case, more care has to be taken. Indian spices are more beneficial for health than how much flavor they add to food. There are many benefits of consuming black pepper and honey in cold. So let's know the benefits of eating honey and black pepper together in winter.

1. Get rid of cold and cough - If a person has frequent colds, and then take a spoonful of honey at night and mix half a spoonful of black pepper in it. Eat and sleep. This will give rest throughout the night. In addition, it is also very effective for phlegm. Rest is available overnight and in one day only.

2. Strengthen Immunity - For people who fall sick very frequently, it is necessary to strengthen their immunity. For this, we can also consume only black pepper water. Put some ghee in a pan, after it becomes hot, add black pepper and add water. After that boil it well. It can be consumed anytime.  We may add little sugar for taste. By consuming this water immunity will be strong. The throat will be clear, and there will be no or itching.

3. Give rest to the stomach - If you have a problem with indigestion in cold, then take black pepper. Consuming this will give relief from problems like gas, acidity, constipation. The good properties present in black pepper help in getting rid of stomach problems. So we can consume it. Then we can add it to milk, add it to the vegetable, and drink black pepper tea or even just water.

4. Control cholesterol - The constituents present in black pepper also give relief in serious diseases. Consuming it reduces bad cholesterol. The risk of heart disease is reduced. For this, boil water of black pepper in a glass and drink it after adding honey.

5. Will get rid of depression - Actually, depression has become a common problem. People ranging from youth to 55-60 years of age are falling prey to it. In such a situation, home remedies are also necessary along with Medicare.
