Suicide is the leading cause of death among young people between the ages of 15 and 29 worldwide. The biggest reason for this is depression.
Experts say, less or too much sleep, lack of nutrients in food, unbalanced lifestyle, distance from exercise, and increasing stress in everyday life is spoiling health. According to research, eating a nutritious diet can reduce depression by 25 to 30 percent. Mental health can be kept better by making changes in daily habits too.

to Harvard, a sedentary lifestyle leads to rapid deterioration of mental
health. So keep yourself active. It has a positive effect on the mind as well
as the body. What should do? Walk for 30 minutes every day. 15 minutes of cycling
is also effective. This releases the feel-good hormone endorphins.
3. Don't stress: because that won't change anything. Because stress releases stress hormones, which affect the brain that controls emotions. What should do? Walk whenever you are stressed. Do deep breathing for 10 to 15 minutes daily.
