Two brothers came to their Guru. "Baba", said one brother, "our pitta is excessive in the mouth. Thus we always argue with each other. Please give us some Ayurvedic medicines to release our aggravated Pitta."
Their Guruji responded, "Whenever you feel the pitta rising, each of you to take a mouthful of water. Neither swallow nor spit it out, as the water calms fire and the fire is is in the mouth, So long as you keep the water in the mouth, you will not be plagued by arguing."
The aforesaid story tells us not to pretend anything and correct ourselves. Both brothers arguing each other and complaining that Pitta is increased and was the fault of Pitta and not his habit, so, Guruji had given him treatment so that they could not open mouth means when they were unable to open mouth, no argument, as a result, no fighting.
We are also the same model, we keep on telling each other the Ayurvedic medicine is not working as expected, so, I personally tell you when you approaches your physician or vaidya and he has prescribed some medicines for you at the same time he had given you some restriction for food in the form of Aahar and pratyahara. Did you follow the same? if not where is the fault? check yourself before blaming medicine just like the above-said brothers.
Being a person in the field of Ayurveda, I promise you the medicines are working more than our expectations but we have to follow the principle of taking the correct doses at the correct time and also avoid virodhahara.
So, stay happy, stay safe...
