Some green vegetables are harmful to health in rain, We must avoid these vegetables…

In the rainy season, everyone willing to eating spicy, hot onions, spinach's bhajiya is high in demand but during the rainy day, we have to take more care of our health because the risk of infection is high during these days even drinking contaminated water can also, make common people sick.

As soon as the rainy season started, we will see lush greenery all around, all dried vegetables also become too green, but do we know? In the rainy season, some of the following mentioned vegetables must be avoided to eat. These are -  

Spinach-  Spinach becomes much green during rainy days, but this vegetable has more than fine insects, and therefore, spinach should not be consumed during these seasons.

Cabbage- It is used more in the form of salad, but the cabbage has more layers of foliage and there are many chances to have fine-grained insects inside.  In such a situation, if insects go into our bodies through food, then we may become sick. Because of this, leafy vegetables should not be consumed during rainy days.

Brinjal-  Everyone likes to eat hot brinjal bharta prepared with a combination of onion, garlic, green chilly, and boiled potatoes. This special preparation (Bhartas) is being eaten all over India especially in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar with specially roasted wheat floorball filled with Sattu (roasted Bengal gram & spices) is called Litties and the Brinjal bhartas called “Chokha” It feels very tasty and more delicious in the rainy season. But do we know that insects start appearing as soon as flowers and fruits come in the rain? Plants are attacked by insects in such a way that most parts of the brinjal are destroyed. Some of the insects are invisible with naked eyes and therefore, eating brinjal is not safe.

Tomatoes- Many of us know that the digestion process slows down in the rainy season. Tomatoes contain some alkaline elements, which are scientifically called alkaloids. It is a type of poisonous chemical that plants use to protect themselves from insects. In such a situation, excessive consumption of tomatoes during the rainy season can also cause skin-related diseases. Such as rash, nausea, itching. In such a situation, it should be avoided eating in the rainy seasons.

Mushroom- It is very important to control food and drink during the rainy season. Mushroom naturally grows in polluted places and environments (on dead and decay organic matter). Mushrooms are of different species, some poisonous and some edible. In such a situation, edible mushrooms can also be harmful to the body because of more contamination. Nowadays Mushroom farming becomes very popular and attracting most farmers to earn daily income, but eating mushrooms in the rainy season is not a safe practice for health. If it is avoided, would be better.
