Shatavari or Asparagus racemosus plant belongs to the family Liliaceae. It is a climber and is mostly growing in low jungles and is distributed all over India, especially in North India. Nowadays, this plant attracts the farmers of the country to cultivate it due to the most important therapeutic values of its roots, shoots, leaves, and seeds.
