Coriander tea eliminates kidney stone - A new findings...

Everyone knows about the uses of Dhaniya plants (Coriandrum sativum) belongs to the family  Umbelliferae or Apiaceae. Coriander has its own various vernacular name in India and other countries. The plant is herbaceous, annual and mostly cultivated for its fruit and green leaves. The entire plant has different and valuable medicinal properties. Aromatic and green herbs are used to prepare chutneys and sauces and also for garnishing the various dishes.  Fruits are diuretic, carminative, and also used as tonic preparations. Coriander oil is obtained by the dry fruits of the plant and is used as a flavoring agent for liqueurs and in cocoa and chocolate industries.

Apart from the above important uses, coriander seeds and leaves have many therapeutic properties. Here, I am going to state one of the most important and practically observed therapeutic properties that are found more effective for the patient who is suffering from kidney stone disease. It is nothing but the tea made from the green plant of the coriander especially the thick petiole and stem parts.

How to prepare the tea: To prepare tea, we have to take 10-20 medium-sized lush green plants along with roots. we have to wash thoroughly and cut it into pieces. We have to take 2-3 cups of drinking water add a few fresh ginger slices for taste, one pinch of black pepper powder, and boiled it on sim flame till it reduces into half means one and half a cup, then add 5-10 gram of jaggery powder according to your taste (any sugar should not be recommended to use in this preparation)  and again boil it to reduce one cup then filter it and drink with empty stomach for a minimum fifteen days. The tea will work to dissolve the stone as it is very much diuretic, also this tea help to detoxify our vital organs.
